For the third year in a row, the City of Austin’s historic Old Bakery & Emporium is hosting a Midsummer Festival honoring Swedish American heritage in Austin, Texas. Join us on Saturday, June 29th, 2024, and enjoy FREE fun for the whole family. The festival will have multiple events and activities, including:
- Swedish treats
- Flower crown-making station
- Traditional Swedish maypole
- Face painting & Hair braiding
- Music by DJ Mahealani
- Artist talk by Austin hat maker Mamie Raynaud
